Choosing 3 concepts to explore further, I developed my ideas to gain a better understanding of how the designs could be assembled. I went on to prototype two of them using different types of plastic.
Prototyping
Below is a disassembled view of a small, easily transportable torch and my process of remanufacturing it to make it suitable for the spaceman design.
Exploded View
Still learning Keyshot, I used my Solidworks model used for 3D printing the design to show an exploded view of the assembly of the product. The video below shows the kit in action.
