Each person selected a primary word and collaborated remotely with 3 other designers to brainstorm the sentence below combining 4 primary words in a crafted sentence using 4 small words.
The mock-ups below explored methods of cutting, shaping and twisting recycled plastic to form the word 'breathe' before using Photoshop to edit the concept visuals.
The physical typography was installed using illusion and perspective - the word can only be seen from a certain angle and encourages people to take a breath as it comes into view. The photos and video below show how the recycled bubble wrap appears before and after the word comes into view.
